For home bleaching with Opalescence, we make custom trays that you wear with the gel yourself. We often recommend combining the two: first a session at the practice, then trays for home use to deepen the result and refresh it later.<\/p>\n\n Before any bleaching, we check that your teeth and gums are healthy. We treat tooth decay, leaking fillings or inflamed gums first. A professional teeth cleaning<\/a> removes plaque and tartar.
